Role: - Trainee - QA Analyst

Role Type: - Apprenticeship

Duration: - 12 Months

Location: - Noida

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Analyst Apprentice to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Noida. This is an apprenticeship role designed to provide hands-on experience in software testing. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced QA professionals to learn and support manual testing, understand testing tools, and contribute to ensuring software quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Learn and execute test cases for web applications.

· Log, track, and verify bugs using Jira or similar tools.

· Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team meetings.

· Assist in preparing test data and setting up test environments.

· Understand product functionality and test for usability and performance.

· Support QA team in regression and smoke testing during releases.

· Document learnings and observations for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENT -

· Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.

· Basic understanding of manual testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and bug lifecycle.

· Technical Aptitude Strong interest in IT applications and systems.

· Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated

· Adaptability, Willingness to learn new technologies.
