Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Team Lead

Location: Coppell, TX

Pay Range: $19-$20

What's the Job?

Oversee receiving incoming shipments and ensure accurate data entry using RF scanners or computers.

Prepare orders for retail and e-commerce, ensuring quality and accuracy in picking and packing.

Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space while complying with safety and hygiene regulations.

Perform inventory control tasks, including counting products and reporting discrepancies.

Assist in cross-training and learning processes of other departments as needed.

What's Needed?

Reliable and consistent on-site attendance is a requirement.

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

1 year of relevant warehousing experience is preferred.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and RF scanners.

Basic mathematical skills and effective communication in English.
