Conversion Team Lead

Your Task

Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates.

Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports.

Follow up on issues as needed and attention to detail.

Work with local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Be flexible with shift hours as needed - critical during 4th QTR

Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

Ability to multitask and adapt to various areas as needed.

Follow and maintain 5s Program and guidelines

Performs other related duties as assigned

General safety requirements

Your Profile

High School Diploma or Equivalent

SAP and /or WMS environment preferred

Computer literacy applied

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical skills

Experience in DG (dangerous goods) preferred.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Team player: reliable, dependable, responsible and able to fulfill obligations

Must be Bilingual English/Spanish

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - LEADING TRAINING

SAP and /or WMS environment preferred

Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Able to stand/walk for long periods of time (6 hrs+)

Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs

Manufacturing Environment: Office / Warehouse Dock Environment

Occasional exposure to weather

Moderate to Loud noise level

Ability to Commute or Relocate/Location Address: Pleasant Prairie, WI
