Description

Project Coordinator or Admin assisting the PM with schedule updates, job close out, supporting with change order documentation, supplement and tracking as well as just general support on work readiness (Do we have permits, POs, Close Out items, etc). Supporting Transmission & Distribution projects. Targeting 1-5 years of experience.

Input schedule and notes to SCE scheduling tools. (Click Schedule)

Prepare change order documents (Field Change Order, FCO)

Update/ track work orders for scheduling readiness (FMP360)

Key word search- Some of these are SCE specific. We would prefer someone with SCE and/or experience but general construction works as well:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
