Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description

The Customer Service Representative performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the Metrology Operations department. This role involves preparing invoices and credit memos accurately and timely, and maintaining data structures for integration into financial management systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain invoices and credit memos accurately and timely.

Invoicing and data manipulation, consolidation, and loading into financial management systems.

Set up projects for billing and time tracking purposes.

Prepare shipping invoices and manage the pick, pack, and ship process for small devices and sensors.

Compile, analyze, and report financial data across different business segments while ensuring data integrity.

Research and resolve general inquiries, billing, and data issues.

Ensure proper approvals for documents and audit compliance, perform authorization activities, and track changes in contract value.

Complete month-end related activities.

Essential Skills

Accounts receivable, invoicing, and medical billing experience.

At least 2 years of experience with ERP systems, service orders, order processing, and paperwork processing (invoicing billing, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Confidence in handling sensitive information and data effectively.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.

Good written and oral communication skills for direct customer contact.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Customer-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

Working knowledge of accounting principles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as an Invoicing Coordinator.

Medical billing skills are closely related and beneficial.

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment involves standard Monday to Friday hours, either 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
