Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Sharonville, Ohio. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and technicians, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, providing assistance or escalating to dispatchers as needed.

Accurately record call details and input information into the system in a timely manner.

Coordinate service resources and collaborate with the operations team to meet customer needs.

Dispatch technicians, respond to inquiries, and conduct follow-ups to ensure service quality.

Assist accounting teams with new customer setups and purchase order inquiries.

Manage daily labor levels, releasing surplus labor when workloads decrease, in consultation with the Operations Manager.

Track technician activity throughout the day using technology to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.

Make proactive customer calls to maintain high service standards and share call data with leadership.

Investigate customer concerns, route them to appropriate staff, and address special requests to maintain satisfaction.

Participate in training sessions and assist with special projects as assigned. Requirements - Previous experience in call center or customer service roles.

Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software is a plus.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Proven ability to manage stress and maintain a detail-oriented approach when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Experience using service management software and a basic understanding of Windows environments. TalentMatch®
