Position Summary...
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager for our Health and Wellness Finance team. This role is pivotal in managing the annual processes for Long Range Planning (LRP) and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for our Health and Wellness division as well as lead transformation programs designed to optimize financial performance, implement new technologies, and align finance operations with evolving business requirements supporting our Finance Transformation goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and data analysis, with a passion for driving business performance and improving health and wellness outcomes as well as a curious mindset that can dive into problems and ideate solutions to help solve them.
What you'll do...
Lead the development and execution of the Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes for the Health and Wellness division.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and senior leadership, to gather relevant data and insights for planning.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and business performance to develop robust financial models and forecasts.
Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and strategic insights.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of financial plans and forecasts.
Continuously improve planning processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis to drive business decisions.
Identify and implement transformational activities and new ways of working and drive digital reporting solutions
Working collaboratively with functional leaders to design, execute and lead teams through organizational change efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
