Position Overview :
The Clinical Field Services Manager is a key leadership role within Bluestone Physician Services, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence and achieving clinical support outcomes within the Florida market by leading, mentoring, and aligning Clinical Field Supervisors (CFSs) and their teams. The Clinical Field Services Manager will be instrumental in ensuring consistent leadership practices, fostering strong provider collaboration, implementing workflow optimizations, and driving performance improvements in line with Bluestone's strategic goals.
Schedule: Full time position, regular business hours, no evenings, weekends or holidays. Role will require some travel within the Wisconsin market.
Location: This is a remote/hybrid role - candidate hired MUST reside in our Wisconsin market, ideally within the Milwaukee or Fox Valley areas.
Salary: $70,000 - $88,000 Annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities :
Leadership & Alignment:
Standardize Leadership: Mentor and coach CFSs to establish consistent leadership approaches that reflect Bluestone's mission, values, and clinical objectives.
Drive Performance: Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and empower CFSs to lead high-performing teams that deliver exceptional patient care.
Facilitate Collaboration: Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork among CFSs, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
Manage Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative functions for the CFS team, including approving PTO requests and expense reports.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
Implement Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the Clinical Field Services leaders, the Clinical Practice Directors (CPDs), and CFSs to identify and implement workflow enhancements that improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
Champion Change Management: Lead the rollout and adoption of new initiatives, processes, and technologies within the clinical support teams.
Monitor Key Metrics: Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance clinical support outcomes.
Provider Collaboration & Relationship Management:
Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with providers and CPDs ensuring alignment on clinical goals, workflows, and quality standards.
Facilitate Communication: Establish effective communication channels between clinical field teams and providers through oversight of CFS/Team huddles, ensuring timely information exchange and problem resolution. Join team huddles to address escalated issues when necessary.
Represent Clinical Field Services: Serve as a liaison between field support operations and other departments, advocating for the needs of the field teams and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Market Leadership & Growth:
Attend Market Meetings: Participate in market meetings to gain insights into local challenges, opportunities, and team dynamics.
Provide Strategic Input: Maintain awareness of staffing challenges and future growth opportunities within the Florida market, problem-solving to ensure proper resource allocation.
Maximize Resource Allocation: Offer guidance and support to CFSs in addressing staffing challenges while achieving market growth goals in the market.
Qualifications :
Education/Certification/Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration).
2+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure as a CMA, LPN, or RN.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proven leadership and training abilities.
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and quality metrics.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
