Compensation:
The wage range listed represents the potential compensation opportunities for this position. Starting salary will be thoughtfully determined by the hiring manager based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, education, relevant skills, and qualifications brought to the role. The initial offer could be any amount within the posted range, reflecting Epsilon's commitment to fair and competitive compensation.
Where you'll work:
This is a hybrid onsite/remote opportunity where you will report to the customer location in Falls Church, VA and have the flexibility to work from home based on business needs.
An average day:
As Customer Enablement Engineer III, you will successfully support the implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide data governance capabilities across classified and unclassified environments. This role is critical to advancing the discoverability, quality, and stewardship of data and AI models within the Department of Defense (DoD) ecosystem. In this position you will:
Support the development, enhancement, and sustainment of data pipelines, metadata, and AI models impacting Advana applications and tools.
Enable customer success through the creation of templates, guides, and playbooks for data catalog usage and governance as well as Service Desk support provision.
Drive adoption of the DoD Federated Data Catalog by supporting integration with external catalogs and developing APIs for metadata exposure.
Lead customer engagement efforts and facilitate the Data Catalog Community of Practice.
Deliver training and feedback to DoD Data Stewards and support policy-as-code access control mechanisms.
Basic Qualifications:
As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C) , Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
5-7 years of experience in customer support, technical training, or user enablement roles within enterprise technology environments
Demonstrated ability to lead technical implementations and evaluate performance outcomes in complex software environments
Proven experience developing user documentation, training materials, and playbooks for complex software systems and enterprise platforms
Experience providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for enterprise applications, including remote and in-person customer support via multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing systems)
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing customer engagement initiatives, facilitating communities of practice, and supervising technical support teams or training programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile and Sprint methodologies.
Experience with data cataloging, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
Understanding of DoD data governance policies and secure data environments (e.g., SIPR, JWICS).
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and lead enablement initiatives.

Must have an active DOD Secret clearance. ( This is a federal contract position and requires candidates to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of Security Clearance or Public Trust. Adjudication of the required Security Clearance or Public Trust is determined solely by the government.
