Position Objective:

Drive revenue growth, boost brand visibility, and maximize profitability across all sales markets. This dynamic role blends proactive outside sales initiatives with inside sales execution building strong client relationships, closing new businesses, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, networking, community engagement, and client follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients and hotel partners. Conduct regular touch points to identify needs, up selling services, and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Execution and Booking:

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries. Book reservations, secure payments, and confirm all details are accurately entered into the livery system.

Outbound Sales Activities:

Actively solicit new business by reaching out to previous customers, corporate accounts, and prospects to uncover future transportation needs and sell the right services to book repeat and new business.

CRM Management:

Document all sales efforts, client communications, and booking activities accurately and consistently in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Proposal Development:

Prepare formal sales proposals tailored to client needs, full suite of services as the ideal solution.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with Dispatch, Operations, and Inside Sales teams to ensure seamless client experience from booking through service delivery.

Community and Event Engagement:

Professionally represent at community events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads. Follow up on all leads in a timely, professional manner.

Market Awareness:

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive movements, and market changes. Share insights and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Quality Assurance:

Complete quality checks on all client reservations for accuracy and completeness. Ensure information is communicated to all relevant teams.

Customer Service Excellence:

Demonstrate an "Extra Mile Service" attitude by delivering prompt, friendly, and efficient support to both internal and external clients.
