Government customers you are responsible for managing and growing existing business relationships with key clients within a designated territory, primarily through phone and virtual interactions, by understanding their needs, proactively presenting Verizon\'s suite of wireless, mobility, cloud, and security solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer loyalty and satisfaction; requiring a deep understanding of Verizon\'s product portfolio, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers within client government organizations. What we\'re looking for... As a Inside Sales skills - actively managing a portfolio of assigned business government accounts, identifying potential growth opportunities, and driving incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling Verizon products and services. Customer Relationship Building Skills - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers C-suite level engagement through regular communication and proactive Negotiation Skills - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets Solution Selling Skills - Effectively present and position complex Verizon business solutions, including cloud, security, and IoT offerings, to meet customer requirements. Reporting and Analysis Skills - Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using CRM tools. Lead Generation Experience - Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within existing accounts through consultative selling techniques. You\'ll need to...
