Summary

Manages the construction process for new Shacks to complete on time and on budget. This includes schedule monitoring, project financial management, coordinating activities of external vendors, managing the turnover process from construction completion through training & opening. Interfaces and coordinates with Real Estate, Development, Design, Permitting, Facilities, IT, Operations, Training, and Marketing as well as Landlord Reps and AHJ's. Works with the Construction Coordinator on project set up and close out

Priority candidates live in the Southeast US region.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the general construction and timely turnover and opening of new Shacks

Review, manage, and approve GC & vendor changes and invoices and track against the project budget. Forecast project spend

Monitor schedule and implement schedule acceleration strategies as necessary

Oversee and manage the transition from construction completion to Ops through training and opening

Engage other internal teams as necessary for the successful execution of the project

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Degree Field (s):

Construction Project Management, Engineering or related

Work Experience

2-4 years

Supervisory Experience

1-3 years

Related Experience

Construction Project Management for an Owner, Developer, or General Contractor

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Qualifications

Pay Range - $78,318.00 - $129,888.00 *The salary paid to a successful applicant will depend on the applicant's experience, qualifications, business needs and resources, and the candidate's location.
