As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site - Morning Shift in Zeeland, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .
As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to employees and visitors alike. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will also be expected to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals on site, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production environment to help maintain a secure location.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to site protocols.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters and observations.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
