We are looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker to lead insights and analytics for our LinkedIn on LinkedIn marketing channel. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we measure and optimize the impact of our presence on the LinkedIn platform. The role sits within the broader Measurement Insights Data Analytics (MIDA) team and the individual will be responsible for creating and managing scalable reporting to help monitor our marketing KPIs, as well as uncovering actionable insights to drive incremental growth. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence strategy, identify growth, and ensure our data foundations are scalable for long-term success. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate in a constantly changing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Work with and manipulate large complex data sets for report creation and execution of analyses.
Develop and maintain scalable reporting dashboards to track key marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive incremental growth for our LinkedIn marketing efforts.
Partner with Data Science and Data Operation teams to ensure data foundations are properly capturing our business requirements.
Proactively streamline and automate manual processes in our current reporting environment and actively work with teams to reduce friction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence marketing strategy and data-driven decision making.
Drive the reporting implementation of advanced measurement capabilities like modeled attribution and media mix modeling to enhance our understanding of marketing effectiveness and incrementality.
Build strong relationships with global marketers and cross-functional partners to provide strategic advice on LinkedIn's marketing performance and operational efficiency.
Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity.
Identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities to elevate our presence and impact on LinkedIn.
Translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or marketing, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience with Tableau
3+ years of experience analyzing data sets using SQL and/or Hive
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics and/or data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and comfort with using and analyzing large datasets, as well as with data visualization tools like Tableau.
Proven track record of analyzing and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Has demonstrated the ability to derive and prioritize the most pertinent strategic insights to influence business strategy and outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
Understanding of marketing measurement capabilities like modeled attribution and media mix modeling.
Ability to prioritize, project-manage, problem solve, and drive progress forward under pressured timelines.
Experience working with marketing teams and being able to influence and inform across all levels of the organization.

The pay range for this role is $75,000 to $117,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
