Job Summary:
The Senior Specialist, Relationship Marketing role drives the execution and optimization of multi-channel guest communications, including email, SMS, push, and direct mail with focus on the Guest engagement and lifecycle experience. This role focuses on end-to-end campaign management - executing with excellence and collaborating cross-functionally to bring lifecycle, guest experience and promotional marketing efforts to life.
This individual brings hands-on experience with marketing platforms, a data-informed mindset, and strong attention to detail to drive timely, accurate, and performance-driven campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Campaign Execution & Optimization
Execute cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) from creative briefs to deployment, including QA, scheduling and analyzing performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of guest-first lifecycle journeys using behavioral and transactional triggers
Maintain campaign calendars and workback schedules in partnership with cross-functional teams
Implement test-and-learn strategies (A/B, multivariate) to optimize subject lines, offers, cadence, audience and creative
Data & Analytics Ownership
Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for key KPIs (e.g., open/click/conversion, revenue per send, deliverability, unsubscribes)
Analyze campaign insights to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability
Support seasonal recaps and ad-hoc reporting needs
Monitor pacing and flag any anomalies or issues across campaign performance
Technical & Platform Execution
Execute audience segmentation and targeting using CDP and enterprise tools
Build and QA campaigns with executional excellence
Stay current on evolving platform features and help apply best practices in day-to-day execution
Strategic Collaboration & Process Ownership
Support stakeholder needs across multiple businesses (Pass, Resort, Ski School, My Epic Gear, Hospitality, Rentals)
Build and manage campaign timelines, workback schedules, and stakeholder reviews
Serve as channel health champion by tracking performance and flagging optimization needs
Participate in brainstorming strategic initiatives including guest lifecycle journey development, segmentation models, and elevating the guest experience
Job Requirements:
3+ years of digital marketing experience (CRM or lifecycle marketing preferred)
Familiar with cross-channel marketing (email, SMS, push) and direct campaign ownership
Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills using tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar
Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Iterable, Adobe, Mailgun or similar)
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/CASL)
Preferred:
Working knowledge of SQL or audience query logic
Familiarity with agile workflows, Jira/Asana, and sprint-based processes
Experience optimizing automated lifecycle journeys, win-back and retention campaigns
Experience with scripting languages or conditional logic
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field-or comparable experience
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $56,485.00 - $77,427.41. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
