System One is actively seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant for a contract position located onsite in Ironwood, MI or Phillips, WI.

We are seeking an entry-level candidate and welcome applicants who are recent high school graduates or have limited office experience. A college degree is appreciated but not required.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage payroll/time entry systems, assign field crew work via MWM, monitor yearly meter exchanges, and track compliance work.

Additional duties include phone/email communication with customers, ordering office supplies, handling mail, and general office support tasks.

Support the field crews and office operations. Key collaborators will include the hiring manager and field staff.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency

General administrative/office equipment knowledge

Customer service experience

Valid driver's license

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliability and consistency

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Hours: Onsite Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Project Location: Ironwood, MI or Phillips, WI

Contract Duration: 5-Months

Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr.
