Description Robert Half has upcoming opportunities for experienced Executive Assistants. The Executive Assistant will report directly to and support director level, vice-presidents, and C-level executives. As an EA, you will be the right hand of the executive team, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing critical assistance to the leadership team. Responsibilities may include:

Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

Performing minor accounting duties

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

Answering phone calls in a polite and detail oriented manner

Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department

Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
