Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to support our engineering team by producing accurate 2D technical drawings for control panels. This role is key in turning design concepts into build-ready documentation and requires close collaboration with engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Design electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.

Translate sketches and verbal instructions into precise technical drawings.

Assist in designing backplate layouts and enclosure assemblies.

Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards.

Maintain organized documentation and support design reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant drafting experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical is essential.

Strong understanding of electrical design principles and drafting standards.

Ability to interpret technical documents and solve problems mathematically.

Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and communication skills.

Familiarity with UL508A standards and experience in industrial automation is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
