Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AR, AP, and payroll

Oversee monthly and year-end close processes; prepare financial statements and reports

Maintain and improve general ledger integrity and accounting workflows

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs

Ensure compliance with GAAP and local/state tax regulations

Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals

Identify and implement accounting system enhancements.

Provide strategic insights to leadership to support business growth and profitability

Compensation & Benefits

$105,000 - $125,000 annual salary

Requirements - Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; substantial construction accounting experience may substitute for a degree.

At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a preference for supervisory or management roles.

Strong expertise in construction accounting is highly desirable.

Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of cost accounting, general ledger functions, and financial reporting.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and leadership skills to guide and collaborate with team members.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
