Job Description
As a member of the AMS Custom Reporting team, you will use basic knowledge of database management and coding practices to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing Custom Reports in accordance with provided design specifications. Clear and consistent communications with clients and internal stakeholders are essential and required.
Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.

Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, investigations, reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
Perform troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders.
Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.
Prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs.
Collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related)
Preferrably 2+ years of experience in a technical role
Proficient with SQL and Database Management
Able to be onsite (Austin, Texas TX, Columbia Maryland, Kansas City, MO, Nashville, TN, Orlando, FL)
Due to client requirement, the candidate needs to be a U.S. citizen to work within the Federal space.

CCL experience
IT certifications
HL7 Knowledge

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $57,000 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
