Senior Finance Systems Administrator
Why We Have This Role
The Senior Finance Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of Qualtrics' financial systems, with a primary focus on the administration of Coupa and Concur. This position is essential for aligning our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), expense tracking, and procure-to-pay systems with strategic organizational objectives. Under IT Systems, you will collaborate closely with the global teams to drive impactful enhancements that support overall financial strategy.

Things You'll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert in Coupa and Concur, providing advanced technical expertise and administering & governing finance systems.
Lead end-user support initiatives, troubleshooting, configuration, and user provisioning efforts.
Automate finance-related workflows, optimizing productivity and compliance through innovative processes.
Document and maintain comprehensive procedures, policies, and systems.
Maintain a global perspective, fostering connections across different departments to achieve business results and enhance overall system effectiveness.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
3+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration, with significant expertise in Coupa and/or Concur platforms. Experience with NetSuite and/or Stripe preferred.
Concur Expense Administrator Certification preferred.
A commitment to learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions in uncertain circumstances.
