Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support individual to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth post-sales processes, fostering customer satisfaction, and supporting various sales-related activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with post-sales activities, ensuring customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries to provide timely and accurate information.

Manage order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for sales representatives.

Dispatch and track necessary resources to support sales operations.

Create detailed reports related to sales performance and customer interactions.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and support sales campaigns.

Maintain organized records of business transactions and sales documentation.

Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive administrative efforts. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.

Proficiency in managing post-sales support activities.

Strong skills in inbound and outbound sales communication.

Experience with order entry and scheduling systems.

Excellent organizational abilities, including calendar management and dispatch coordination.

Ability to create detailed and insightful reports.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
