Job Title: Engineering Sales ManagerJob Description

As an Engineering Sales Manager, you will execute strategic sales initiatives in the aerospace sector, with a particular focus on avionics products and services. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, create and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities. You will prepare and deliver technical proposals and commercial quotes tailored to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

Monitor product performance and gather data to inform future product decisions and improvements.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand market presence.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in avionics and aerospace sales.

Mechanical aptitude and engineering knowledge.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Computer Science, Associate's degree, or Pilot Experience Certificate.

Five or more years of experience in aerospace sales, preferably in avionics.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve success.

Deep understanding of sales strategies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
