Description We are looking for a dedicated Account Administrator to join our team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. The role requires someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and can deliver exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless account management.

Responsibilities:

Handle the termination processes for employee and account records with precision and timeliness.

Manage invoices and payments, including executing urgent collection procedures when necessary.

Organize and process incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits, products, laws, regulations, systems, and procedures, and communicate relevant information to clients.

Participate in internal training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Deliver courteous service, ensuring a helpful demeanor in all client interactions.

Ensure high levels of accuracy and timeliness in administrative tasks to consistently meet or exceed performance standards.

Evaluate and refine processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency in administrative support. Requirements - Proficiency in management systems and tools used in administrative operations.

Strong skills in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

Experience in handling correspondence with a focus on professionalism and clarity.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Competency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Aptitude for identifying opportunities to automate processes for improved efficiency.
