Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. Responsibilities:

Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions, including invoice reconciliation and payment processing.

Execute check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments efficiently and accurately.

Handle high-volume invoicing tasks, including entering and coding invoices.

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while processing approved invoices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper three-way matching for invoice payments.

Utilize SAP to track, manage, and reconcile accounts payable transactions.

Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to invoice payments and reconciliation.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts payable records for audits and reporting. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

Proficiency in processing high-volume invoices and managing payment cycles.

Hands-on experience with SAP for accounts payable functions.

Strong knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and check runs.

Familiarity with three-way matching and invoice reconciliation processes.

Ability to accurately code and enter invoices into accounting systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for communication and task management.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
