Manufacturing Engineering Intern

What We Need:

We are looking for a motivated college intern to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. This intern will support new product development and manufacturing improvement projects. You'll get hands-on experience with engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, and lean manufacturing principles.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist engineers with creating and updating drawings and BOMs

Help document manufacturing processes and workflows

Support in organizing and preparing materials for product development projects

Participate in team meetings and learn how engineering supports production

Assist with process improvement tasks and data collection

Learn and apply lean manufacturing tools (like standard work and visual management)

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

Strong interest in manufacturing and product development

Ability to read and understand technical drawings (a plus but not required)

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software is a bonus
