Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sitecore Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable digital solutions using the Sitecore Experience Platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing and delivering personalized user experiences, and integrating Sitecore with other critical business systems.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement web applications and solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud CMS, including custom templates, layouts, renderings, and components.
Work closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality, user-centric digital experiences.
Develop and consume APIs to integrate Sitecore with various third-party systems, external data sources, and web services.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive web designs following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Sitecore implementations, performance, and functionality.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Adhere to Sitecore best practices, Helix principles, and coding standards to build scalable and reusable components for multi-brand initiatives (e.g., using Sitecore Experience Accelerator - SXA).
Develop and maintain headless Sitecore applications using JSS and Headless SXA
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore features, trends, and advancements in the digital experience platform space.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in Sitecore development
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET 4.8+ MVC/Web API.
Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (NextJS,React, Angular, Vanilla JavaScript).
Experience with Sitecore configuration, development, and maintenance, including personalization, xDB, and xConnect.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Sitecore Developer Certification is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience building Sitecore applications with a Sitecore JSS Headless framework
Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA)
Experience architecting and managing Multi-site Sitecore solutions
Familiarity with search technologies like Sitecore Search, Elasticsearch, Solr or Coveo.
Experience with other Sitecore products such as Personalize, CDP, Content Hub, Connect, Send or other relevant modern composable Sitecore products
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Gulp).
Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards.

Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
