Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sicklerville, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and office coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Answer and manage inbound calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and information.

Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.

Coordinate and organize office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.

Support team members with various administrative tasks to meet deadlines.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and front desk operations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
