Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $55 per hour

What's a typical day as an Accounting Supervisor? You'll be:

Handling general accounting for the US and Canada, including month-end close, entry preparation, reconciliations, audit support, and GAAP reporting.

Preparing and reviewing monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Analyzing accounts and making necessary adjustments.

Designing and completing summaries, supplementals, and reports.

Executing specific analyses and transactions such as cash, leases, and fixed assets.

Managing daily general ledger activities and annual internal control and SOX testing processes.

Supporting management through data collection, analysis, and special projects.

Assisting with financial, tax, and other audits, and identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes.

Conducting inventory analysis and performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Have 8+ years of related experience in an accounting role, preferably in a multinational company environment.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sum-if, and higher-level functions.

Possess working knowledge of GAAP and SOX, with desired software expertise in SAP and Blackline.

Are a CPA (this is a plus).

Are self-motivated, self-sufficient, organized, and have a positive outlook focused on quality work.

Can plan, organize, and complete projects on time while managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Are action-oriented and proactive in solving problems, capable of working independently and seeking process improvements.

Are willing to work additional hours during close cycles and excited for a new opportunity to excel in your career.
