This provider will be expected to rotate to different sites on an as needed basis. This position is meant to provide primary care coverage at sites where a provider is on leave or has left the practice and the position has not been filled by a permanent replacement. Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited US residency program in a primary care specialty; Current valid NYS license; BLS certification Specific Accountabilities: Primary Care Coverage i.Provide primary care coverage as directed by Regional Medical Director at specified MMG location(s). A typical schedule for the full-time role includes 2 locations per week. ii. Direct clinical care for patients as a primary care physician, including the assessment, evaluation and management of patients iii.Manages patients as an attending primary care physician iv.Participates in site's clinical QI/ PI activities during days/ hours at the site v.
