Description

Robert Half is looking for multiple dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team! This role offers an excellent opportunity to hone your communication and organizational skills while contributing to a high-performing customer service team. You will play an integral part in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective interaction and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and detail-oriented assistance.

Create and manage service requests to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.

Perform closeout calls to confirm customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Schedule technician appointments and conduct virtual assessments as needed.

Follow established protocols for quoting and compliance to maintain service efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and enhance customer service quality.

Log customer interactions with precision to maintain accurate records.

Actively participate in training sessions and knowledge checks to ensure competency in all phases of the role.

Support remote compliance policies and contribute to cross-functional team engagement.

Requirements - Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.

Strong skills in order entry and documentation.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Familiarity with scheduling and virtual assessment processes.

Adept at following compliance and quoting protocols.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
