The Advanced Sensor Programs (ASP) Production Finance team is seeking a P4 financial analyst to join our Ops Finance team. ASP is currently executing multiple, large, complex full-rate production contracts that this role will support.
The ASP Ops Finance team is responsible for overseeing and developing the Operations Material and Labor Earned Value and EACs with full PRISM EV utilization. The selected candidate will lead the ASP Ops Finance team as a primary Point of Contact for overseeing these responsibilities. The POC will coordinate with multiple performers across Raytheon to provide cohesive, analyzed financial deliverables. This position will work with program leadership and function as the liaison between Program Operations and the Program Management Office for all ASP projects. As a member of the finance team, the POC will ensure all required inputs are reviewed, analyzed, and submitted on time. The POC will provide Operations CAM Support including EAC development, material analysis, and variance analysis.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the Naval Power/Naval Airborne Systems SSBU finance team while providing support to the APEX & Forest CMC factories.
What You Will Do
Support quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) which will require you to partner with the program team & perform analysis
Support monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE)
Report Earned Value (EV) & perform detailed EV analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues.
Partnering with various functional disciplines (Ops, SCM, PC, Factory OPMs)
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Experience with PRISM / PRISM EV and/or APEX.
Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint Word).
Experience with Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC).
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer
Candidate should be self-starter and require minimal supervision.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools; and independently create and accurately analyze cost data.
Good organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
Experience supporting a Raytheon factory.
Working knowledge of MRP.
Experience in detailed program data analysis.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
