On Behalf of Robert Half's client we are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Lead to join their team in Saint Charles, Illinois. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication with customers, managing orders, and coordinating between different departments. Monday-Friday

Onsite

8:00am-4:30pm

Medical, Dental, Vision

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain clear communication with customers

Managing vendor and customer quotes.

Oversee the entry and fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Purchase orders

Act as a central point of coordination between distribution, shipping, and manufacturing to streamline operations.

Oversee 1 CSR rep

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on call center or supervisory roles.

Strong ability to manage and oversee vendor relationships.

Proficiency in handling purchase orders and order entry processes.

Familiarity with inventory tracking and stock management.

Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate effectively between multiple departments.

Demonstrated commitment to delivering superior customer service.
