Summary:

The Default Servicing Admin is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Recovery Coordinator. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Default Servicing Admin exercises excellent judgment in performance of tasks that are both varied and moderately complex.

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined individual who excels in a team environment, who takes ownership and who is enthusiastic about a job well done.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with managing accounts placed with third party agencies to include working reports, reviewing accounts, and ensuring proper account maintenance

Assist with managing DSC inboxes to include responding to client voicemails

Assist with leading special projects as needed by the Recovery Manager and/or the DSC department

Ensure compliance with policy and procedures

Present a professional image

Abilities:

To handle multiple tasks and prioritize

To work with little supervision but know when to ask for help

To maintain a positive working relationship with internal business partners and teammates

To take a systematic approach to organizing work

To independently analyze and exercise judgment while following established procedures

Skills:

Good understanding of First Horizon products

High level of judgment and decision making

Knowledge of general collections practices

Impeccable customer service and customer centric focus

Problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong keyboarding / data entry ability

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Must have ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes

High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred

Previous collections experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Hours :

Monday-Friday

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
