We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join a team and support day-to-day operations for a thriving company in Camp Hill, PA. In this position, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly while providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for team members.

Handle correspondence, answering inquiries with professionalism.

Organize office supplies, mail, and inventory.

Use Microsoft Office and similar tools for efficient task completion.

Collaborate with departments to support team projects.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business administration is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
