Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Valley Park, Missouri. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient processing of equipment sales across multiple branches. The role demands a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle high workloads, especially during peak sales periods.

Responsibilities:

Process equipment sales transactions, including calculations, warranty submissions, and dealer participation requests, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

Communicate and coordinate with banks, customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transaction workflows.

Manage a high volume of sales deals submitted by sales representatives, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Handle invoice processing and accounts receivable tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Perform data entry tasks related to billing and payment submissions efficiently.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis of financial data.

Conduct title searches and compile preliminary title reports as required.

Adapt to extended work hours during peak periods, including overtime and holiday shifts.

Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements - Previous experience in lending, accounting, or a similar field.

Proficiency in accounts receivable, billing, and invoice processing.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks effectively.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

Excellent communication skills to interact with banks, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Experience with title searches and preliminary title reports.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude to handle demanding workloads.

Willingness to work extended hours, including overtime and holiday shifts, without exception.
