We are currently seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our team in San Angelo, TX. This is an opportunity for a motivated, self-starting individual who excels in communication, multitasking, and working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview:

This dual-role position is responsible for delivering HVAC/R equipment, parts, and supplies using a commercial vehicle and performing warehouse and counter sales duties at the branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Transport and deliver products to customers or Insco locations using a company vehicle

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a top-notch service experience

Inspect vehicles pre- and post-trip for safety and operational readiness

Perform basic vehicle maintenance and maintain cleanliness

Obtain and maintain delivery documentation (logs, proof of delivery, maintenance reports)

Pick up empty containers or unsold merchandise as needed

Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, inventory management, and cycle counts

Provide support at the sales counter for walk-in customers

Perform other duties as directed by management

Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Basic computer literacy and data entry skills

Experience with inventory systems preferred

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and moving throughout the warehouse for extended periods

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required

One year of experience in the HVAC industry preferred

General knowledge of HVAC products a plus

At least one year of commercial driving experience or certification from a driving school

Other Requirements:

Must pass a physical driving test, background check, and drug screening

Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license

Ability to work flexible hours, including outside of regular business hours when needed

Work Environment:

Work performed in warehouse and retail branch environments

Exposure to elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and temperature variations

Physical activity required throughout the workday
