CASH-WA DIRECT STORE MANAGER

Position Summary

Oversee the day-to-day store operations while also managing the planning, forecasting & budgeting with an objective of increasing the bottom line. This position will spend quality time in the store covering staff and/or working with staff on duties as needed, but primary focus will be on activities to improve traffic flow and profitability.

Scheduling & payroll control

Education & Experience

High school education or equivalency required; additional education preferred

One year of leadership experience preferred

One year of experience in retail preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide array of personalities

Be self-motivated and results oriented

Basic computer skills are a must, with Excel experience preferred; and the ability to learn new systems

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit for long periods of time (approximately 30% of the day) performing administration duties

Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities (stand / walk / bend / squat / stoop / kneel) on a regular basis when performing store duties or visiting community businesses.
