Job Purpose:
Performs critical loan portfolio monitoring functions to ensure potential deterioration of credit quality or financial performance within designated region is identified as early as possible to best protect bank. Performs financial statement tracking, collection, red flag review, issue escalation and memorialization. Tracks covenant requirements, initiates testing requests and manages internal and external/borrower follow up steps (waivers, reservation of rights, etc.) Provides assistance with various reporting, including the criticized asset report preparation and Watch 4 updates.
Job Duties:
Performs financial statement tracking, collection, red flag review, issue escalation and memorialization generally for less complex credit relationships.
Tracks covenant requirements, initiates testing requests and manages internal and external/borrower follow up steps (waivers, reservation of rights, etc.) generally for less complex credit relationships.
Tracks, collects, tests and manages borrowing base requirements, clearance requirements and ongoing loan conditions generally for less complex credit relationships.
Complies with established processes, quality standards and responsiveness expectations.
Oversees and ensures resolution of property tax delinquencies; escalates as warranted.
Assists with maturing/matured loan tracking, delinquency tracking and related administrative follow
