Security Systems Operations Lead - Full-Time HighCom Security Services, Inc. - Oakland, CA $35-$40/hr. | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM About Us HighCom Security Services, Inc. is a premier security services firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We believe our growth is driven by the top-quality professionals we hire, and we are currently seeking a proactive, detail-driven Operations Lead to join our expanding Security Systems team. What You Will Do: Scheduling & Administrative Support Schedule Security Systems installations, appointments, and internal team meetings Coordinate project training and department events Maintain and update the Security Systems job schedule, ensure adequate staffing coverage Provide administrative and client-facing support Update and maintain accurate data in our CRM Prepare materials and track follow-ups from meetings Procurement & Inventory Coordination Create and process purchase orders and sales quotes Match and reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices and deliveries Track and resolve discrepancies in materials or shipments Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply chain activity Project Coordination Support Directors and Project Managers with daily operations Monitor project tasks, deadlines, deliveries, and expenses Set up new Alarm System clients and maintain system records Ensure job documentation is completed and submitted accurately and on time Billing & Technical Support Assist with client billing, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks Support Alarm System permitting and compliance documentation Provide light technical coordination and support Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus Customer service focused, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and vendors Experience in low-voltage, construction, or alarm system industries is strongly preferred Familiarity with alarm system permitting processes is a plus Valid driver's license required Why Join HighCom Join a fast-growing, mission-driven company Work in a collaborative, high-performance environment Access to professional growth and advancement opportunities Contribute to impactful security operations that protect people and assets Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Position | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Competitive hourly rate: $35-$40/hr Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical insurance 401(k) Paid vacation and sick leave Contact Us Please visit our website at: www.highcomsecurityservices.com Or call us at: (510) 893-7600 Equal Employment Opportunity The Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
