Site security business partner for major tier one facilities, offices, and laboratories.
This role is responsible for implementing strategy, ensuring the use of effective tactics to assess and mitigate risk, driving situational and threat awareness, and continuously improving the level of security through documented processes, SOPs, and best practices. This role requires problem solving and analysis skills.
This requires the role to manage and deliver tactical security objectives and target agreement with senior management and support employees to meet their security responsibilities.
This position reports to the Regional Security Leader and is directly responsible for the following:

Receptionists
Contract Security Officers
Responsibilities:
Owns local site security operations activities related to the protection of individuals, assets, and property. Must always ensure high quality, effective, uninterrupted security coverage at predetermined levels.
Ensures security related activities are executed in accordance with budgetary and strategic plans.
Develops, implements, and manages site-level security processes, practices, and policies; establishes and implements calibrated standards and controls
Serves as the local manager for security related crises and incidents
Implements state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard personnel and assets, including intellectual property and trade secrets
Develops and delivers appropriate threat and awareness training
Administers and delivers trainings necessary for compliance to security requirements
Manages response to issues involving troubling persons and situations, security-related crises or incidents and associated legal matters as needed
Writes, reviews and/or submits formal security-related documentation such as incident reports, summaries, program proposals/recommendations, and other formal written communications
Develops working relationships with law enforcement and other regulatory agencies
Must be on call 24/7 to discuss and/or respond to anomalies, events, or emergencies
Qualifications:
Degree in Homeland Security, Security Management, Intelligence and Policy Analysis or other closely related fields or local equivalent required
7 to 10 years of full-time experience leading and executing high-level security responsibilities is required
A minimum of 5+ years leading teams or direct people management
Demonstrated knowledge of security operations management and best practices

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $135,000 - $160,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
