Position Overview:

The Director, Marketing for the Digital Distribution Network is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of a comprehensive marketing strategy by utilizing a combination of upstream (e.g., brand strategy, market segmentation, value proposition creation, strategic planning), AND downstream (e.g., content creation, campaign execution, sales enablement, awareness via ads and promotions, and customer engagement activities) marketing initiatives to recruit, retain and support the distribution market. Ultimately, the role is accountable for maximizing the impact of the unified alliance portfolio, and development of distribution business partners, helping to save more lives.

Position Holder is Accountable For:

Leadership and Team Management: Leadership and effective coordination a small team of marketing professionals to deliver outcomes required for achieving DDN targets.

Product Marketing: Creating and implementing product marketing plans based on value propositions and research for DDN targeted products, including contributing to pricing recommendations.

Brand Equity and Corporate Image: Ensures brand equity, corporate image, and compliance with the global RQI portfolio of programs and services on behalf of AHA, Laerdal Medical, and other partner organizations.

Alliance Collaboration: Collaborates across alliance groups to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Market and Customer Research: Maintains a deep knowledge of the DDN market and clients through in-person visits, consistent surveillance and research of industry trends and imperatives. Acts as a subject matter expert to the corporation regarding existing markets and to identify and provide recommendations on industry trends.

Metrics: Develops and continuously measures the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and by utilizing core metrics to measure performance and be able to make recommendations based on performance.

Strategic Planning: Leveraging internal and external data to create plans that can be instituted and driven by the overall corporation.

Executive Presence: The role requires experience working with and communicating data and plans for executive and senior leadership in a cohesive and impactful way.

Required Skills and Competencies

Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

Business to Business and Business to Consumer experience preferred

Healthcare, medical device, and hospital marketing experience preferred.

Background in the healthcare field and/or hospital market preferred.

Ability to travel up to 30%.

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $120,00-$125,000 Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
