The successful candidate will be an integral team member of the Collins Enterprise Operations Finance leadership team, serving as a central point of collaboration in partnership with Supply Chain and SBU finance leadership to provide subject matter expertise with regards to strategic initiatives, as well as serve as the finance lead on the Collins tariff council.
This role requires a leader who possesses strong analytical thinking, polished communication, business innovation, interpersonal skills, forward thinking, and a keen customer focus with the ability to influence outcomes, manage conflict resolution, and drive standardization of processes.
What You Will Do:
Responsible for providing financial support to the Supply Chain organization with regards to strategic initiatives, transformation, and tariffs
Provide consultation and support to the Collins Tariff Council
Responsible for consolidation of inputs and tracking the reconciliation of Collins SBUs' tariff financial reporting
Key Collins finance subject matter expert partnering with Operations Finance, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Government Accounting to ensure compliance across Collins with regards to supply chain strategic initiatives and tariff financials
Lead CORE engagements and serve as a project manager for tariff related financial processes including cost collection, forecasting, and reporting of actuals
Support Leadership Review presentation preparation
Benchmark with RTX businesses on tariff financial matters
Collaborate with DT to enhance and develop tools needed for financial processes
Develop standard work and communications/guidance on all tariff financial matters to be leveraged across Collins
Demonstrate visible leadership that inspires and empowers, building trust and inclusion
Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
8+ years prior experience in finance
Qualifications We Prefer:
5+ years supply chain and/or operations finance
SAP experience
Strategic finance experience

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
