BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for an Entry Level Healthcare Associate in our Cranford, NJ Office .

Through hands-on experience, an Associate at BAYADA learn all aspects of managing and growing a caseload and recruiting staff in order to become a Client Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

Focused on assisting the manager in delivering and coordinating client services

Responsible for recruitment efforts, including onboarding, for the offices field staff (RN's, LPN's)

Assist in the planning of recruiting and marketing events

Manage compliance of all new hires personnel file

Qualifications:

Prior health care, home care and recruiting experience a plus!

A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement

Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

Strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)

Base Salary: $45,000- $50,000/ year depending on qualifications
