Description We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Itasca, Illinois. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support accounting and clerical functions. Responsibilities:

Oversee general office operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.

Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments.

Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.

Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully stocked.

Provide administrative assistance to support various departments as needed.

Coordinate clerical duties, including organizing files and preparing documents.

Assist with other assigned office responsibilities to contribute to efficient workflow. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative or office management roles is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with accounts payable processes and clerical duties.

Capability to manage office supplies and maintain inventory.

Willingness to adapt and support diverse operational needs.
