Our client is expanding their manufacturing operations and is looking for Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly and a passion for building high-performance technology.

As a key member of the production team, you'll be responsible for assembling and testing components-including motors, frames, and sensors-while helping scale operations from small-batch builds to volume production.

??What You'll Do:

Assemble mechanical and electrical components with precision and care.

Use hand and power tools (e.g., torque drivers, drills, calipers) to complete builds.

Perform basic soldering and component testing.

Follow SOPs and work instructions to ensure quality and consistency.

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and improve processes.

?What You Bring:

2-3 years of mechanical/electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic soldering.

Ability to read and follow SOPs and non-technical instructions.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

Basic computer skills (MacOS or Windows).

Bonus: Experience with composites (carbon fiber, epoxies) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
