General Production Associate Entry Level

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our client's team as a 2nd shift General Labor worker with starting pay of $17/hour in Van Wert, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments and longevity in their work history. Attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities for this General Labor position include, but are not limited to:

Safely load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.

Follow safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), machine guards, and ensuring safety features are functional.

Perform routine inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area, including performing basic housekeeping and general maintenance tasks.

Follow all site-specific rules and procedures.

Complete tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this General Labor position:

Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs.

Must be okay with 2nd Shift

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, and reaching.
