Hunter Hamilton is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Administrative Assistant to join our client's team for a 3-4 month temporary assignment covering a leave of absence. This is a full-time, on-site position with a well-respected financial institution, offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, direct deposit, and temporary health benefits.
What You'll Do:
Process insurance product purchases and claims, ensuring accurate and timely posting
Provide exceptional member service through clear and effective communication
Reconcile general ledger accounts by applying knowledge of debits, credits, and financial documentation
Work independently with moderate supervision in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of experience as an administrative professional with exceptional attention to detail and reporting skills
Strong oral and written communication skills to engage with members professionally
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly
A foundational understanding of debits and credits and how to apply them to general ledger reconciliation would be helpful
