following opportunity. Description Lutheran Social Services is seeking
an Administrative Assistant to join our REACH youth crisis team! This is
a full time, benefit eligible, 40 hour per week opportunity, Monday
through Friday with hours being from 8 AM - 4:30 PM out of our West
Allis office. Reaching, Engaging, and Assisting Children & Families
(REACH) provides care coordination to youth who are experiencing a
psychiatric crisis or youth that are at risk of experiencing a
psychiatric crisis if interventions are not provided. The goal of reach
is to prevent out of home placement by helping clients obtain supportive
services in the community to improve the youth\'s coping skills or
reduce the risk of harm to themselves or others. Youth in this program
can range from age 5 up to 23 years of age. Primary tasks would include,
but not limited to, data entry, collecting client information,
electronic and paper filing, general office tasks, and supporting a very
diverse and large staff of workers. Essential Duties and
responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not
all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and
responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining an understanding
and supportive demeanor. Maintain an accurate information stream that
meets the needs of clients and programs. Continue to expand and improve
technical knowledge and be an administrative resource for others in the
agency. Provide guidance, work direction, and support to other
administrative employees and volunteers as necessary. Create and edit
documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Type various documents and
correspondence including meeting minutes. Proofread all documents for
correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and content. Communicate
