Coordinate preparation and submission of weekly construction reports, notification of working days charged,

log of pile driving and weekly surfacing reports. Collect and transfer data from source documents to update

the Construction Management System (CMS) for the review and generation of contract reports. Coordinate

finalization of projects through navigation in CMS.

Maintain a system of office management that insures that all necessary forms and reports are submitted.
